Prerequisites: Already be comfortable in leading and following walks and triples in closed position, outside of 6- and 8-count patterns. Familiar with counterbalance and feeling weight shifts with your partner.

Prerequisites: Must already have a good foundation in drags; having taken "intro to drags" won't be enough to hang in class

Stretch and Flow with Anthony & Irina

Prerequisites: Be very comfortable with 6-count and 8-count basics, i.e. tuck turns, side passes connecting with either arm, and leading/following weight shifts, pulse, and rotation in closed position

Arm tension is a great tool when it's intentional! Come explore ways to add that stretchy gooey-ness in your dance, and use tension for good.

Prerequisites: Be familiar with 6-count basics, i.e. tuck turns and side passes.

It's easy to get caught in a rut if you only know a few moves--we'll break down the basics and build them up again for you to make your own combos!

Rhythms & Textures with Dee & Matt

Prerequisites: Comfortable with rhythmic expressions, leaving traditional footwork, and maintaining momentum on top of already be very comfortable with your 6- and 8-count lindy fundamentals.

Color in and out of the lines of your dance using every crayon in the box to illuminate your dancing.

Prerequisites: Any dance style. Having experience or keen interest in dancing in both roles.

No matter your preferred dance style, we'll work on some playful switches and some of the techniques to make it comfortable and successful on the dancefloor.

Prerequisites: Already be very comfortable with your 6- and 8-count lindy fundamentals. Would help if you are able to do a one footed spin for at least a turn and land balanced.

These are slow rotating, counterbalanced spins that will have you saying "wheee!"

Owning Your Movement Pt. 1 with Dee & Matt

Prerequisites: Already be very comfortable with your 6- and 8-count lindy fundamentals.

Explore the embodiment of your dance to add movement to your moves.

Class 3 at Odd Fellows

Slow Out and Other Open Shapes with Cara & Kim

Prerequisites: Some knowledge of Balboa OR Intro to Slow Bal 2 - Laminu class

Toss out your preconceptions: Open positions in slow bal are not impossi'bal! Come learn some of our favorite open shapes with us.

Prerequisites: Be very comfortable with 6-count and 8-count basics, i.e. tuck turns, side passes connecting with either arm, and leading/following weight shifts, pulse, and rotation in closed position.

Join us to learn how to milk that connection and get in the groove with your partner.
