Registration & Pricing

If you are using a deferred pass, please register as normal and send us an email at info@groovejuiceswing.com before paying.

Online Registration has closed. You can still come to the event and register at the door.

Competitions

If you would like to compete, you can sign up for our Mix & Match Social Dance competition ($25, each person pays individually), or a short showcase with two or more people ( approx. 1 minute 30 second long routines, only one person per team need register).

Mix and Match registration for followers is closed.  Leaders may still sign up at the door.

Dance Passes

Individual dance passes can be purchased at the door, subject to capacity: 

• Friday evening dance - $30
• Saturday evening dance - $30
• Sunday evening dance and pizza party - $15

A la carte Classes

Individual classes can be attended for $30 each.  Check in at the Rose Room before going to your desired classes.

Cancellation Policy

No pass-transfers or full refunds will be allowed. Instead, if a registrant can't attend and we are notified by at least three full days before the event, we'll give that person the option to transfer any payments made this year (including those made on a payment plan) to either Stompology 2026 (taking place November 20-22, 2026) or the next Slow Dance Soiree (date TBA). What we have is a community-based commitment model, where the attendee pays to reserve their spot, and we use—and count on—that payment to make the event happen!
