Registration & Pricing
We use a tiered registration system: those who sign up earlier can enjoy a reduced cost.
If you are using a deferred pass, please register as normal and send us an email at info@groovejuiceswing.com before paying.
Online Registration has closed. You can still come to the event and register at the door.

Dance Passes
Individual dance passes can be purchased at the door:
- Friday evening dance: $25
- Saturday evening dance: $30
- Sunday evening dance and pizza party: $20
A la carte Classes
Any classes can be attended at the door for $25 each. Check our Full Schedule for times and locations. For Sat & Sun a la carte classes, please first check in to pay at The Rose Room (295 Gregory St.).
Cancellation Policy
No pass-transfers or full refunds will be allowed. Instead, if a registrant can't attend and we are notified by July 10, 2024, we'll give that person the option to transfer any payments made this year (including those made on a payment plan) to either Stompology 2024 (taking place November 15-17, 2024) or the next Slow Dance Soiree (date TBA). What we have is a community-based commitment model, where the attendee pays to reserve their spot, and we use—and count on—that payment to make the event happen!
