We use a tiered registration system: those who sign up earlier can enjoy a reduced cost.
If you are using a deferred pass, please register as normal and send us an email at info@groovejuiceswing.com before paying.

Dance Passes
Individual dance passes can be purchased at the door, subject to capacity:
- Friday evening dance
- Saturday evening dance
- Sunday evening dance and pizza party
A la carte Classes
Any classes can be attended at the door. Check our Full Schedule for times and locations. For Sat & Sun a la carte classes, please first check in to pay at The Rose Room (295 Gregory St.).
Cancellation Policy
No pass-transfers or full refunds will be allowed. Instead, if a registrant can't attend and we are notified by at least three full days before the event, we'll give that person the option to transfer any payments made this year (including those made on a payment plan) to either Stompology 2025 (taking place November 21-23, 2025) or the next Slow Dance Soiree (date TBA). What we have is a community-based commitment model, where the attendee pays to reserve their spot, and we use—and count on—that payment to make the event happen!
